Welcome to asbl-vzw-easy, the Belgian compliance platform for nonprofits (ASBL, VZW, and VoG).
Welcome
asbl-vzw-easy is a Belgian SaaS platform that automates administrative management and compliance for your ASBL (nonprofit association), VZW, or VoG.
Create Your Account
- Go to asbl-vzw-easy.nodio.be and click Sign Up.
- Enter your full name, email address, and password. Your password must be at least 8 characters long, with at least one uppercase letter, one lowercase letter, and one digit. A password confirmation is required.
- Confirm your email address via the link sent to your inbox.
- Log in and access your dashboard.
Set Up Your First Organization
After logging in, an onboarding wizard guides you through three steps:
- Create an organization — Click the "New organization" button on your dashboard. Fill in the name, enterprise number (format BE 0xxx.xxx.xxx), and registered office address.
- Add members — Add your administrators, president, treasurer, and full (voting) members. You can also import a CSV file.
- Explore modules — Depending on your subscription, access compliance modules (UBO, Forms, Patrimony Tax, and more).

Use the sidebar menu to navigate between your organizations and their modules. The main dashboard displays a compliance summary with priority alerts.
